Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Alcohol is not permitted. Students may be required to pass a breathalyzer test. Student agrees to treat all volunteers, guests, and band members with respect. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the premises. Reservations will be held at check-in the student’s name.

RELEASE FORM

I, hereby give the Dallas Symphony Association my permission to record image and /or voice of attendees I will be registering through this online form to attend the Junior Symphony Ball. I also agree to give the The Dallas Symphony Association my permission to use this content in any media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, and marketing that support the mission of the association. The content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered, or modified.
A Valid SCHOOL ID (grades 10-12) is required for entry. Admittance after 9:00 PM will not be allowed.*
